Mysty Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day full refund on all purchases of Mysty, our Discord bot. If you are not satisfied with Mysty for any reason, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting us at support@mysty.bot

Refunds will be given at our sole discretion. By using Mysty, you agree to the latest refund policy so you should check regularly!”

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Provide a valid reason.
• Must provide the payment proof.
• Must not cancel your subscription just after your free trial.
• Provide your user id and discord server id to contact

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5 business days. You will receive a refund to the original form of payment.

Exceptions

The following purchases are not eligible for a refund:

• Purchases made more than 7days ago.
• Purchases made with stolen credit cards
• Purchases made by users who have violated our terms of service
